Operator-specific profile covering the tenant's legal entity, business model, target market, challenge structure, planned account sizes, geographic scope, and intended provider use case. Completed collaboratively with each operator.
Permission Matrix
Detailed breakdown of which API scopes and data permissions the platform requests, why each is needed, what data is read vs. written, and which permissions are optional vs. required for core functionality.
Data Flow
End-to-end documentation of how market data, account data, trade history, and credentials move through the VaultCore platform — from provider API to tenant environment to trader portal. Covers storage, encryption, and access controls at each step.
Credential SOP
Standard operating procedure for how provider credentials and API keys are stored, accessed, rotated, and revoked. Documents the encryption model, access controls, and the process for credential lifecycle management.
Five-Minute Demo Script
A structured walkthrough script that operators can use during a provider discovery call or demo. Covers what to show, what to say, how to frame the platform's scope, and what questions providers typically ask.
Provider-Specific Notes
Operator-specific notes tailored to the target provider — addressing that provider's known API scope, documentation requirements, onboarding process, and any specific concerns or language preferences for the review conversation.
Security Highlights
Summary of VaultCore's security posture: tenant isolation, RBAC, encrypted secret management, webhook signature verification, audit logging, environment separation, and responsible disclosure policy. Written for non-technical provider reviewers.
