Provider Disclaimer
VaultCore Technologies, Inc. — Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Overview
VaultCore Technologies, Inc. provides software infrastructure, workflow tooling, and provider-readiness documentation designed to help prop firm operators and evaluation-based trading operators prepare for integration with third-party providers. This disclaimer explains the critical distinction between being integration-ready and being integration-approved, and sets out the responsibilities and limitations that govern all provider-related references, materials, and discussions in connection with VaultCore products and services.
This disclaimer applies to all provider references in VaultCore marketing materials, platform documentation, provider-readiness packages, demo environments, sales discussions, and any other VaultCore communications.
Integration-Ready vs. Integration-Approved: A Critical Distinction
Integration-ready means that VaultCore has built technical scaffolding, documentation, configuration templates, and operational workflow tools designed to prepare Operators for a productive provider onboarding process. An Operator who is integration-ready has the infrastructure and documentation in place to approach a provider for review.
Integration-approved means that a specific provider has independently reviewed, assessed, and formally accepted an Operator through that provider’s own onboarding and compliance process, resulting in a written commercial agreement.
VaultCore can make you integration-ready. VaultCore cannot make you integration-approved. These are categorically different outcomes. No VaultCore tool, documentation package, readiness score, ARK Guard certification, demo environment, or sales representation constitutes a guarantee, promise, or implication that any provider will approve your application, execute an agreement with you, or maintain any ongoing relationship with you.
Provider approval is entirely within the sole and exclusive discretion of each provider. Providers may onboard, decline, suspend, or terminate operator relationships at any time and for any reason consistent with their own policies and agreements. VaultCore has no control over these decisions and makes no representations about their likelihood or timing.
What Provider-Readiness Documentation Is
VaultCore provider-readiness documentation, packets, checklists, and assessments are designed to help Operators:
- Understand the types of information and operational standards that providers typically review during onboarding;
- Organize their business documentation, legal structure, compliance policies, and technical integrations in a coherent, reviewable format;
- Identify gaps in their operational readiness that may affect provider review outcomes;
- Prepare materials and workflows that align with common provider expectations.
Provider-readiness materials represent VaultCore’s best-effort guidance based on our knowledge of the industry. They do not represent, and should not be interpreted as, a guarantee that any specific provider will accept any Operator. Provider requirements vary significantly across brokers, trading platforms, payment processors, KYC/AML vendors, and other infrastructure providers. Individual provider requirements may change at any time without notice to VaultCore.
Provider Names and References
Where VaultCore materials reference specific brokers, trading platforms, market data providers, payment processors, KYC/AML vendors, or other infrastructure providers by name, those references indicate only that VaultCore has built or is building technical integration scaffolding designed to be compatible with those providers’ infrastructure and APIs.
Such references do not imply or constitute:
- A partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or certification relationship between VaultCore and that provider;
- A guarantee that the provider will onboard any VaultCore customer or Operator;
- A representation that the provider has reviewed or approved VaultCore or any VaultCore Operator;
- Any assurance that the provider relationship will be available, ongoing, or uninterrupted;
- A commitment by VaultCore to secure, negotiate, or maintain any provider agreement on behalf of any Operator.
Unless VaultCore has explicitly confirmed a partnership, endorsement, or certification in a separate written statement signed by an authorized VaultCore officer, no such relationship should be inferred from provider references in VaultCore materials.
Operator Responsibilities
All Tenant Operators are solely responsible for:
- Independently researching, contacting, and negotiating with providers;
- Reviewing and complying with all terms, conditions, requirements, and ongoing obligations imposed by providers under any executed agreement;
- Ensuring their own compliance with KYC, AML, sanctions, data privacy, and other regulatory requirements that providers may impose as conditions of onboarding or continued access;
- Monitoring and responding to any changes, suspensions, or terminations initiated by providers;
- Not representing to traders, investors, or the public that any provider relationship is guaranteed, exclusive, or permanent.
VaultCore is not a party to any agreement between an Operator and a provider, and VaultCore has no liability arising from any Operator-provider relationship, dispute, suspension, or termination.
Demo Environments and Non-Production Data
VaultCore demo environments, sandbox configurations, and readiness review portals may display provider names, logos, configuration options, and simulated integration outputs for illustrative purposes. All such displays are for demonstration and planning purposes only. They do not constitute live production integrations, confirmed provider relationships, or representations about any Operator’s specific provider status.
Simulated trading data, hypothetical performance metrics, and demo account outputs shown in VaultCore environments do not represent actual financial results and should not be presented to traders, investors, or the public as real performance data.
