VaultCore Technologies builds the operating infrastructure for evaluation-based and performance-driven financial market operators.
We started with prop firms because that's where the infrastructure gap was most visible -- operators running real businesses on duct tape, checkout pages, and spreadsheets, with no audit trail, no risk controls, and no documentation that could survive a provider review. We built VaultCore OS to fix that: a complete white-label operating layer that handles CRM, trader lifecycle, challenge rules, risk surveillance, payout workflow, audit logging, and the provider-readiness documentation that serious partners require before granting integration access.
A VaultCore customer is a tenant. Each tenant gets their own branded environment -- their own firm identity, their own trader-facing portal, their own challenge products -- all running on shared, audit-ready infrastructure. The platform scales from a single operator proving their model to a multi-brand operation running thousands of traders.

Every VaultCore customer is a tenant. Each tenant operates their own branded firm on the VaultCore platform -- their name, their rules, their portal -- backed by shared infrastructure, shared security, and shared audit readiness.

The Black Vault Funding is the first public prop firm tenant built on VaultCore OS. It demonstrates the full platform workflow: challenges, trader portal, CRM, ARK Guard, payout review, and provider-readiness process.
Provider-safe by design
Every page, every document, and every integration reference uses careful, non-endorsement language that reflects actual provider status. VaultCore builds the packet that makes provider review possible -- not the approval itself.
